Avoid

I have had open correspondence with Telkom Mobile for 3 months leading up to my contract expiry. I have done my due diligence in cancelling my agreement but I keep getting informed they will charge me 37 months which is in breach of a 36 month agreement signed. I therefore am under the impression they bill cancelling clients for an extra month without proper scrutiny! How can this happen in this digital age? They will never part me from my money and I have spread their incompetence through and wide. Bye
