AUTOMATIC CHANGE OF SPEND LIMIT

Hi, who gives TM the right to automatically change my spend limit? my limit was set to R0.00 and I expect it to stay at R0.00 not TM make a decision to ***** me over, I didnt receive your sms because im part of a multi sim on my contract I didnt recieve this msg i just happened to check the main sim...
