Automated answer diverts callers to system that has nothing to do with it
I want to get a new phone. I literally want to give these people my money but they are making it impossible. I want a specific phone so I tried calling their Canal Walk branch. It automatically answered and the first option was to enquire about stock at the store. I pressed 1. Immediately it was a prerecorded message that took almost a minute of time I was paying for. Then came a menu selection that had NOTHING to do with enquiring about stock. I followed it anyway and for the recorded message again. More airtime I have to pay for. Then came yet another menu that had NOTHING to do with stock. Tried again. Recorded message again. Then can the menu where I lost my patience. It ZERO to do with stock availability. It was about buying airtime and porting numbers. Nothing, absolutely nothing about the phone I want buy. Their system straight out sends their customers to a call system and completely away from talking to the shop or anyone who can help with the queen. You would think they would help me give them my money instead of wasting my time in their labyrinth of bad customer service.
