ATTROCIOUS SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Since 1 February 2019 I have had endless problems with my pocket wifi router, and in fact this thing hardly works. If I travel out of Gauteng, be assured it is not going to give me a signal at all. Since yesterday there is not even a signal, it is red all the time. I have just phoned Telkom to resolve and I can confirm that the service I have received is attrocious. It is actually a joke. NEVER EVER TRY GO INTO A CONTRACT WITH TELKOM, SHOULD YOU RUN INTO A PROBLEM YOU WILL NOT BE ASSISTED. Can you believe that I need to go to a Telkom have my signal reinstated. NEVER CONSIDER TELKOM AS YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER - YOU WILL GO NOWHERE WITH TELKOM APART FROM HAVING ENDLESS PROBLEMS
