Attrocious Call Centre Service/Complaints ***

I've currently been on the line for 18min!!! no answer from both the complaints department and the Telkom mobile call centre 8min! as well as the Telkom residential call centre 7min! How is still possible ??? Clearly the managerial structure is out of place and Appalling. It's the most pathetic call centre service I've ever experienced !
