Attempted to force me into an upgraded contract

On Wednesday evening a Telkom representative arrived at my door saying he had made an appointment to see me via my son (who is underage and has special needs !). He had a contract in his hands and said Telkom has upgraded the service in my area and I need to sign a new contract. I said I wasnt signing anything without the time to read through it so he asked for my ID number. I refused to give it to him. He said if I did not sign up on this new contract immediately I would have to pay more money for my service. So I dont ask for an upgrade but I am forced to pay for it anyway and you send enforcers around to my doorstep to get my signature ??? Who are you, Telkom or the Mafia ??
