Attempted forceful sale of a cellphone contract

Good Day,<br> <br> I do not usually complain on a public forum about companies , but in this case i am aggrieved.I was contacted by a call centre agent by the name of Nishaan , offering me a cellphone, it sounded interesting so i listened to what he had to say , which is going against instinct as call centre agents are pests. I did not even say yes to the contract when he started asking me questions as to where to deliver the phone , my personal details (salary etc) and finally my bank account number. This is when i put the brakes on and told him that i want to think about this contract and the phone. I received close to 10 calls on my cellphone as well as work phone.When i informed him that i do not want the phone , he claimed that i am wasting his time and led him to believe that i wanted the contract because i had answered a few questions.<br> <br> I do not appreciate this attitude and wish that the agent be dealt with and all my personal information as be deleted as it is sensitive in nature. This type of selling , not asking a customer if he wants a contract is not business practice ! I felt that this was very aggressive way of selling a product and should not happen again !
