Atrocious sevice and attitude from Telkom

I wish to make a complaint against Telkom. Last year I lost almost 12GB of data. There is constantly issues whether it is reception issues or their network is done. They don't even have the decency to go back to their customers or even offer to reimburse them for the issues faced because of their pathetic network and service they hide and ***er from dealing with the very people that keep them in business. I am simply disgusted&I will never recommend friends or family to this network!
