Atrocious service from Telkom insurance

I delivered my phone for repairs 3 months ago and the manager cannot tell me when I will receive my phone. The service unbelievably bad. I returned to Telkom shop in Corkwood Mall, Kariega after 2 months just to find out the person who helped me gave the phone to the insurance personnel. The manager spoke to me and promised to expedite the repairs of which he said will take 21 days. It is now 28 days and still no answer.
