Atrocious service from telkom

I have, due to an incorrect execution of an order at Telkom shop Menlyn been without a wifi connection for a week. Any telkom number you dial responds with thank you for using our self service. A request for a call back takes days to be reacted to. After five such call backs I am still without wifi. What on earth can one do to get help from Telkom?
