Atrocious service

It is not surprising that their hello peter rating is as low as it is. I have been having connectivity issues for MONTHS and have spoken to over 20 consultants about this issue. I have followed every instruction given to me by all of them but nothing has helped. I am on a uncapped wireless plan and just todau alone have been sent from pillar to post. I spoke to a Xolani who cut me off before I could even finish telling him my issue. He then transferred me to another consultant who just hung up/ or cut the call while I was inquiring about an alternative data plan I could use. This second consultant to do so this week. The first cut thr call when I was in thr process of confirming cancelation. (after putting me on hold mind you)

Called in the 4th or 5th time todau to asked to be transferred to a manager and that consultant (who I has spoken to already today) informed me that there are 'procedures' that need to be followed in order to speak to a manager / team leader. When I know for a fact that the people on question are likely on the floor. She was more concerned with the fact that I called her 'dawg' then my actual query and made sure I knew it. Didn't catch her name but her surname is Govender. I would like the recordings of every single call I've made today. Every last one!

I would like to thank every consultant that has been partient with me for doing their job right. The rest of them are absolutely pathetic. I am in Customer service myself and would NEVER deal with customers the way I have been handled.
