Atrocious service

I am waiting since April 2019 for my line to be migrated to this wireless phones they are offering Pre-paid customers instead they have blocked my line apparently due to non payment which I don't understand because I have a prepaid line. So now I want to know if they cancel the line when am I going to receive my money back for the airtime that is currently on my phone
