Atrocious Service

I had fibre internet installed by Telkom through Vuma and it hasn't been the nicest experience at all. I have had to call numerous times but hardly anything ever gets resolved. They opened a ticket more than a month ago and promises of escalation. Worst service provider ever as I still have problems with connectivity.
