Atrocious Service

<p>Telkom Mobile has the worst possible attitude when dealing with client requests. It cannot take 5 months for a simple contract cancellation request to be processed. Yet I am being charged for a service not provided in my residential area... </p> <p>It's impossible to keep running after people that simpy don't give a damn about client satisfaction, as long as the money is being collected...</p> <p> </p>
