Atrocious service

Telkom is by far the worst company to do business with. I had and payed for 4MEG ADSL line which constantly ran at 2MEG. I therefore requiested the line to be cancelled on May 2018 and upgraded to a 10Meg fiberline at MWEB for R60 cheaper than Telkom. Telkom is still billing me to date for something I have cancelled. I have phoned, emailed and went to several Telkom shops in the past year to short this out to no avail. The just handed me over to Lawyers to get money from me for a product that I cancelled and con not and have not used. Stay very far away from Telkom.
