Atrocious, despicable and utterly useless

<p>Using Telkom's services was the stupidest decision ever. I have been having issues for more than week, have called the so-call customer care line almost 10 times and have yet to receive any response whatsoever. The promises become emptier and emptier with every single call (of mine, because why would they do any effort?) and new lies are spouted daily. Their reputation is shocking already, and clearly there is no desire to try and rectify that. Who on earth could be proud to be associated with such a company?</p>
