ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE ELDERLY!

<p>I don`t know if I will get any reaction from anyone of Telkom by posting this message. I am trying since the 8 August 2016 to get a elderly`s phone transferred to the old age home in Jeffreys Bay. After million plus phone calls, visits to the Telkom offices in Walmer and Bay West, reference numbers, Supervisors and and and... Still NO success. The Old Lady is 87 Years of age and this line is her lifeline to family and friends. WHAT MORE CAN I DO? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?????</p>
