Atrocious Customer service at Telkom

I have been trying to get in touch with a HUMAN at Telkom since Thursday. I have called, tweeted, facebooked, emailed and not one person has gotten back to me via the telephone. My issue is not one that can be solved with the quick solutions and automatic responses. Telkom has not responded nor are they bothered to respond on any of the platforms!! I am at my wits end as I need to speak to a HUMAN but cannot find ANYONE
