Atrocious customer service

Horrible Service!! I placed an order telephonically with Telkom on the 27th of June for a LTE uncapped wifi connection. I got an sms a week later notifying me that installation would take place on Monday and that could not be completed due to cabling issues in my area. Long story short, the lady at telkom who assisted me with the order made an incorrect option of choosing ADSL instead of LTE, I had to call in several times to find out the progression of my order only for me to find out via the technician that this was an ADSL line which I did not ask for , Valencia who I made contact with today 21/07/2020 told me to cancel the order and reorder LTE after I have been waiting for weeks now I need to be inconvenienced for a mistake they made. I was confused who the service provider really was at this point ! Never ever considering this network for the life of me wow !!!
