@Telkom Device Insurance I was assisted by Thokozani when I made my first call after my device broke ,She was very helpful, great listener pays attention to details , follows up and gives feedback when she's supposed to.She was very efficient in resolving my query I was approved for a new device as there were no spares for my old one ,I became a bit frustrated when they wanted to give me a device that was below my insured value, but how ever I was assisted by Tshwarelo L when I called to raise my concern and i must say he delivered as promised he followed up and a day later I received a device within my insured value . Great customer experience I received from Thokozani and Tshwarelo you guys deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ..thank you soo much .
