At last THANK YOU Telkom !!
We suffered with intermittent internet for 18 months and fought bitterly to have it rectified. It took another 2 months to get them to understand I will not pay for no service and get a refund. FINALLY I have my refund and you know what ?? It seems finally the problem with the internet is also solved !! I have had no issues in the last 2 weeks and really pleased about this. So much for the blaming of MWEB and wanting me to have my modem tested etc etc. Just so glad I have my refund and my service restored. Thank you Telkom at last.
