Astounded at no service

Wish we could give less stars. Ordered a package from them recieved the internet but rest of the package has not been delivered tried calling the customer care number but they never anwer the calls. Call any different department and tell them that the customer care department does not pick up thry say hopefully this time they will... For such a so called great company they sure do give pathetic service
