Assistance with contract and phone acquisition

This serves as both a compliment and a complaint.<br> Firstly- The employees of the upstairs shop in lakeside mall ( near the Spur) were dreadful in assisting me in a contract application and after a month I hadn't heard anything and they hadn't even processed my application ( systems were down when i handed it in, hence they couldn't do it while i was there).- reference SM157522<br> <br> On the 1 November i took my papers back and took them down stairs where Valerie assisted- I would just like to thank her specifically for understanding my problems and dealing with it so efficiently. I was very angry and frustrated at the incompetence at the other store and Valerie dealt with this well. Valerie contacted me a couple of days later to notify me the application was in the credit department and notified me today that i was approved and the phone I need is in stock.<br> Faith restored in Telkom due to this lady.<br> I must, however, say that if she an work so quickly and efficiently- why the lack of service and rudeness towards customers from the employees of the other store.<br> <br> Thanks Valerie!
