Assistance required
<p>Can we please close this case, can you please send a technician to sort out my issue or cancel my contract and do not charge a penalty fee. You tried contacting me on my cellphone number and I have told you countless times I am not available during working hours. You have my email address and you sent my statement through it without my consent yet your unable to communicate with me through it. I called you back on ********** 888 and ********** 980 but you end my call instead of answering. Give me contact details to reach your technical team directly I need my issue sorted out or my contract cancelled. You guys are waisting my money I am stuck with a wifi with a connection problem yet you take my money monthly. TELKOM HELP ME. </p>

I do not like what you are doing to me. I told you I am employed hence the reason why you approved my terrible contracted and why you can collect your monthly dues. Listen here you requested my email I gave it to you yet you are using it for promotional reasons and not to communicate with me. I gave you the land line number for you to contact me on yet you are not. I WORK TO SUSTAIN MY EXPENSES INCLUDING YOURSELFS you cannot call me once during working hours and expect me to answer your call. You respect your work place I request you respect mine. Call me on ***, *** email me on *** if you cannot reach. Using my unavailability as an escape goat from this ordeal im going through is not sufficient there are many ways to contact me if not then answer your phones when I call you back on ***. Yes you have the upper hand on me but one day you will get what's coming to you.
