Assistance not please

I app**** 3 times on the internet for a cellphone contract, on the 3rd attempt...i decided to contact the online chat call centre, the first consultant gave me numbers (10213) that keeps going engaged, when i went onto the 4th consultant, they sent how many emails to the sales consultant, finally when one consultant decided to call they took my details then long and behold they were offline, since last week tuesday, the consultant still did not contact me back...i would like to apply for a cellphone contract...but no one is able to assist me properly...i would like to have some kind of assistance
