Assistance in resolving Telkom issue

Can someone please assist me. Telkom's services are up to ****!!!! We have been struggling with them for months now! Our internet line aren't working, nor our telephone line. We can't receive or make calls. We have reported this matter on several occasions and they just don't care!!! bad bad bad service!
