Good day Can you assist me please on the 2018/09/18 I have ordered a pocket route Huawei E5573 was on special of R139 for 24 months with mondo shop under Telkom un aware that the route only uses LTE where I am we got no support on that ...it was delivered only to find out It won't work because of LTE ...they promised to send someone to collect it. I have been waiting for them for 3 months now yet they are busy deducting money from my account yet I don't use their services ...I normally reverse what has been deducted not Telkom is sending me SMSs that I owe them..
