Ask someone who can help me to phone me

Thus far I've had nothing but a good service experience with Telkom. I am currently battling with an issue with Telkom and I need someone who can activate my account and provide me the service that I expect from Telkom to call me.

I am not going to post a long sobby story because the bad service I experienced the past few days is not a true reflection of my overall service experience......yet the overall experience is hanging in the balance. So, please get someone who can activate my new contract to phone me and ensure that the person can do a number change based on the condition I had when agreeing to the terms of this contract.
