Ask for Call back on the internet!!!

I was browsing the internet over the weekend (Saturday) and saw an internet and package I might be interested in. It being late in the evening, I use the tab online to request a Call Back. It's Wednesday (23/12/2015) today and no one has called me not evens an email. I guess the sales staff is on leave or has made target already and don't need the sale. Or they probably don't care as they know they have the monopoly in the market currently. <br> Guess, I will be browsing further for a different internet package. Why have an Call back facility if it can't be honored.<br> Maybe it's best to walk away and save me the headaches in the future. <br> <br> BYE TELKOM!
