ASDL internet speed

I sign a contract with Telkom Alberton city April 2012 for a ASDL internet service on the fastest speed which is 10mbpm. This year June 2015 I wanted to upgrade the system. The lady inform me that my area can only be 2mbpm. I HAVE PAID 3YEARS FOR A SERVICE which was not delivered to me. I logged a complaint on facebook on 6 Jul 2015.. I was told several stories that a consultant will contact me...my account was looked at and will be given feedback...blah blah...nobody contacted me up to today at all. My tel no *** of the complain. The service is patetic...I refuce to pay my bill until this issue is sorted..they must just dare disconnect my service! Regards Marilyn Retief cell ***
