As I've previously stated about the promotion double data telkom has advertised. They have given us 50% of the double data and I can't understand why.

Im so frustrated and furious with telkom service I wouldn't recommend them in future to anyone.what is also irritating there is no complaints department to log my terrible experience with this organisation. I called the call centre and a consultant named Sanele had bad attitude. I can't believe a huge company like this has no proper policy or procedures in place. Unless they have in competent staff members.I had to go to a branch again to enquire why was only 50% of the promotional data given to us.I'm still waiting for feedback.
