I called on Telkom on 22 August 2023 at 11:58am and after being sent to the cancellation team, the call lasted 16 minutes and 34 seconds. I requested this Data contract be cancelled and was advised that the debit order would go off for 2 more months. In December I realized that they were still deducting and I reversed the debit order. Today I receive a statement for arrears on a contract I cancelled months ago. Telkom please explain and send me the call recording as I will be taking this further
