arrogantly ***********..shame on you

The worst service, I supposed as expected. They refuse to accommodate a re-connection of service with payment done at Pick n Pay over 48 hours ago...this after informing me that it would be done when I called after 24 hours. Account only in arrears as no postal service. The registered owner is 85 and cannot talk...even with all info they would not accept the wife giving info. What age do we live in...it is a disgrace and the poorest service ever...cant wait to cancel and get rid of another *********** service provider....their arrogance leave a lot to be desired.
