Arrogant Telkom

I have been working with Telkom for a decade of years. Data contract of 10GB and upgrades last year to uncapped/unlimited data. Earlier this year, I saw that it was not working for me. January the 24th, I requested a downgrade. I contacted them several times and visited their branch personnel at Johannesburg main street. Till today, I am paying for the unlimited data, which are not used at all.

Their answers they keep on saying, "We will escalate your matter to our seniors/downgrade department.

Arrogant Telkom, only looking for money but not clients wants.
