Arrogant telkom

Telkom is bullying me. Telkom has ****** R1365 from my bank account. When I ask you about this money, you're saying, it is a default which you did not tell me in the beginning. The worst part of it is when I ask you about it you tell me to ask selldirect and also selldirect tell me to ask you about it. Can the person who came with this default thing explain to me why you ***** from the poor? Let us be realistic here, if this was happening to you would you be smiling? Go and check the recordings as you say everything is recorded and tell me if i agreed to this default thing, if not please pay me back my money i mean you who came up about default thing because it is not healthy to our lives, it only favors you alone.
