Arrogant Staff- Paid for no service

I went to a Telkom stand in mamelodi and the guy assisting had system issues assisting a client before me ,then I drove to the grove shopping center and was met with an arrogant old woman who refused to take my license for a sim swop , I drove back to my house to obtain my ID and when I went back and my ticket was called by counter 3 however she insisted on assisting me with a sim swop even though she was still busy with a client at the time , I waited she took my money says she assisted with the sim swop and that it will be active straight away, over 24 hours later it’s still not done , there is no network for the sim, I called Telkom call centres and they advised that the sim swop has never been done the ICC number doesn’t exist, I drove with my 4 month old in the scorching heat had to drive back twice and is still not assisted, I used to pay close to 4K monthly on contracts with Telkom and wanted to move back but this experience and the arrogance of your staff is more than enough for me to not consider this “ I want my money back “ you had my pay for a service not rendered.
