Arrogant staff member

I was ill treated at Telkom Cresta mall by a staff member called Odirile. I was there to do a slimswap and there were offline . According to my experience your systems are forever offline . However this guy was not welcoming me at all his impatient and arrogant, no options were given until a lady behind in intervened and started stating other solutions.
