Arrogant Service

I visited the Telkom store at Cornubia today 06/12/2020. The customer service received by a fellow attendant was absolutely ridiculous. I waited in a line for about 20 min, to find out if my Contract is up for renewal. I was attended to by a young Indian lady who had no customer etiquette. Upon my turn I was called, her demeanor was rude and arrogant. It took less than 5 minutes to attend to my query yet I waited 20 or more minutes to be attended to. I certainly won't be attending the Cornubia telkom store due to such arrogance and unhelpful service.
