Arrogant agents

I have contacted Telkom CS to determine why my lines was suspended, instead of getting assistance, I had to deal with an arrogant agent who refused to get her manager on the line. The agent Noxolo Hlaluka blatantly disrepected me with sarcasm simply left me without resolving my query. Call references: ***.
