Arrogance and Impunity to a disservice

To Express contempt for total disregard to the clients disservice instead of telkom taking responsibility to serve a disservice to a client whom they messing up their livelihood they more concerned about service ratings. I'm frustrated by telkom for placing my name unfairly as a bad payer under credit adverse I have been back and forth to their outlet to get them assist with the problem they cost me instead my life is on hold and a mess. To all person conducting business with telkom make sure that all things are as submitted to them or else you will find yourself in a situation like mine having a bad credit name undeserveatly. And hope the basis of this platform serve its purpose where we learn from each others challenges and disservices.
