Arrogance

<p>I cancelled my contract with Telkom in a Telkom Store in Cape Town corner of Adderley str and Long Market street last month on 5th of May but to my surprise when I call Telkom call centre I was informed that, they was never such an application submitted to them and the useless agent tells me to go back to the store and get my cancellation letter as he can't call the telkom store. It was like the store belong s to another company which was not Telkom. I tried to explain to this guy that my contractual obligations is to inform Telkom my intension of cancelling with in a reasonable time frame.</p> <p>Strange enough that after cancelling the contract I started to receive calls from people who claim to be Telkom agency offering me a new contract, hence yesterday they was no such contract, until I when back to the same store yesterday around 13:00 to find the same guy who I cancelled my contract with nd he made sure that he didn't have time for me until 13:30 that's when one lady helped me to find the original contract that I signed for cancellation and we found it I request a copy and left the store with my tail between my legs.</p> <p>THE ARROGANCE OF "WE DO THE CARE NOW THAT YOU ARE CANCELLING WAS ENOUGH FOR ME "</p> <p> </p>
