Area neglectedby telkom

My adsl line has been up and down for over a month, no technician has contacted me yet, given a reference number on 18 september, its now end of October. My area (clare estate) is severely neglected by telkom, clearly there is an issue with the copper cables in my area. My neighbour pays for a 4mb line and never gets speed over 1mb. When the damn hell is fibre coming in? These issues wouldn't occur on a fibre line. A friend of mine in overport is also going through the same issue. Everyone I know is going through the same nonsense with Telkom. Also still awaiting my mobile data sim that comes with the line package for over a month. Charging for a service and not providing it is equivalent to *****.
