Area fault for almost 2 weeks now

Our telkom line has been off for almost 2 weeks. Every time you phone they just say they are busy and we will make a note on the system that a technician must phone you. When your line is not paid they immediately cut off the line but we dont get any service at all. Telkom bakkies drive around all day. Or worse just sitting next to the road doing NOTHING. with such a big company how can they not sort out their cable problems. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
