are you not interested in my business??

I have 3 cell contracts with you and a laptop contract with you. I have never had any problems until I tried to contact your SALES call centre today. I have been holding on the line for 2 hours!!! Your customer services department answer quickly and are always friendly and helpful but apparently your sales call centre don't want my business!! I want to do an early upgrade but no one is answering the phone! I am so disappointed I have never had a problem with Telkom. Please can someone contact me to do an upgrade! and don't tell me to go to your stores because the people there are useless!
