Telkom made an all day Apt for sometime between 7.30am and 4pm on Fri so we had to stay home all day. At 4.34pm they sent an sms to say they had dispatched someone. Nobody arrived. Since then we have wasted huge amounts of time and cell phone money trying and failing to get through to the ridiculously overloaded call centre because of course a national telecommunications company can only have one single contact number for absolutely everything even installations in progress. <br> So now when are you actually, really coming?.
