ARE TELKOM TECHNICIANS IDIOTS?
<p>SINCE MY LAST POST I SPOKE TO MY SON WHO HAS HIS MASTER'S DEGREE IN INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND HE SAYS THAT TELKOM CAN DO ANY EASY TEST SIMPLY BY COMING TO MY HOUSE AND DOING A LOOP TEST, THEY ATTACH A DEVICE TO MY LINE AND THEN THEY CAN TRACE THE FAULT, AFTER 5 WEEKS WHY HAS TELKOM NOT DONE THIS? MY SON SAYS ALL TELKOM TECHNICIANS HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO DO THIS.</p>

Another reference number how thrilling, I am going to need a book to put all the fault numbers and reference numbers in. Not having a telephone is costing me an enormous amount of money. And they still have the nerve to send an account even though I have not had a service for the whole period, then they tell me to contact a telkom number for the billing, WITH WHAT!!
