Are Telkom for real ?♂️?♂️?♂️

How!!!!??? Biggest telephone company in the country as souch a BAD costumer service!! And no knowledge on products and how to solve problem!! Last month Telkom call as for an upgrade, well I say to my wife why not, all received, no swipe or change are done till to day, via the phone Telekom can’t explain where the problem come from and keep giving 72h and new case number ???, really!! We went to Telkom in century city ( Cape Town) bad service and stinky attitude for the attend ho reply saying we must call in!! What! Why!! We asked for the manager, saying no manager on duty!! What!! Are you guys are for real? Please employ people ho really wants work not because Government forces to employ, !! Telkom century( Cape Town) promise as Telekom will call as to solve the problem., a month ago , I waisted 45m of time and money to speak to a consultant, ho had no clue or ever, again asked to speak to manager, all excuses and promised to call as back, still to day NOTHING, Can please someone fix that!!! Thank you
