Aproved but no Tablet

I have app**** for a Samsung TabA from the special that was running in March. I app**** on the 5th of Marc, then went on the 11th and was told they are busy with the application. i called and i spoke to a guy called Musa on the 18th of March and asked how far is my application he said its not on the system that means it hasn't been done. i then asked to speak to the store manger he said the manager isn't there. i asked for a complains line he advised that there's no complains line in Telkom got angry and i hung up. i then went online started a chat with Zanele Zwane and she said she doesn't do sales and she just went offline. I then went to the store on the 26th as that was the last Saturday i then got assistance and my application was done got a message saying that it has been approved. to this day i haven't received any feed back . i went to the store on the 2nd and some guy said that they don't have stock and cause the special is finished i will have to reapply, according to my knowledge as long as i was approved before that means i will still be paying the amount on the March special.<br> Can someone tell me will i ever get the Tab
