Approved application then declined

I app**** for a phone contract online on the 12/08/2019 a consultant called me later on to do the credit checks, he confirmed that the application was approved. He confirmed my work address and told me the Huawei Mate 20 Lite (Black) will be delivered in 3days. Today i still haven't received the device. I called Telkom just to be transferred from pillar to post, after 30 minutes of holding a lady answered and took my details. she told me my application was declined... how?? when i was told i was approved and should expect delivery. You guys are pathetic seriously i need a written feedback as to what happened to my application and go listen to the call recording i had with your consultant.
