APPROVAL OF CONTRACT BUT NO DELIVERY

When I first saw the deal on TV I app**** straight away which is what we were told to do as per the ad. They told me within 24 hours you will receive a call which never happened, I called and luckily got hold of someone who told me that there are not enough sales people to assist. I was then called by a gentleman who from Telkom (it was a Pretoria number) in regard to completing the deal this was about mid March he took all my banking details and my address the delivery address as well and told me that it would be delivered in 5 working days as everything was fine. Technically I was told the deal was approved. It is now a month later and I am still waiting for the modem. The service is absolutely disgusting. I tried to call but wasn't so lucky this time because I would hold for intervals of 30-40 minutes per call or I landed up getting disconnected.I don't want to be told sorry there was a misunderstanding I would like an answer from someone as to what actually happened. As far as i recall those calls are recorded, i would appreciate someone looking into this. I will gladly give details if someone actually contacts me regarding this issue.<br>
